Francis turbines are generally used in the water head range of 50-700m. The design and manufacturing capabilities of the company's Francis turbine can completely cover the water head range. The stand-alone capacity can reach about 700MW, and the diameter of the runner can reach more than 10m. At present, the company has supplied more than 130 sets of mixed flow units.

XPXN hydropower station in Laos, which is the second highest water head in the world and the highest in Asia: 3×126MW ultra-high head Francis units, the maximum water head is 689.6m, and the runner diameter is 2.54m. The unit has been put into operation in 2019 and is operating in good condition, safe and stable.
The bulb unit is generally used in the water head range of 2-30m. The design and manufacturing capacity of the company’s bulb unit can completely cover the water head range. The single unit capacity can reach about 80MW, and the diameter of the runner can reach 9m. At present, the company has supplied more than 100 sets of bulb units.
Sichuan Qianwei Hydropower Station is the largest single-unit capacity tubular unit (4×55.6MW). The diameter of the runner is 7.4m. The size of the unit, especially the load of guide bearing is large, the unit has been put into operation in 2019 and is in good operation, safe and stablize.
Kaplan units are generally used in the water head range of 3 to 50m. The company’s Kaplan unit design and manufacturing capabilities can completely cover this water head range. The single unit capacity can reach about 220MW, and the runner diameter can reach 12m. At present, the company has supplied more than 80 sets of axial flow units.

Guangxi Datengxia Hydropower Station unit (8×200MW) ranks among the top domestically in terms of unit capacity and unit size. The diameter of the runner is 10.4m, which is a breakthrough in size and difficult to design and manufacture. The unit has been put into operation in 2019.
The Pelton unit is suitable for a wide range of water heads, and the general application head is usually higher than 400m, and can even be as high as 2000m or more. At present, the company has supplied more than 10 sets of various vertical and horizontal large-scale Pelton units.

The horizontal single-runner Pelton unit exported to Laos XPXN Hydropower Station has a unit capacity of 40MW and a rated water head of 650m. It is the largest horizontal single-runner Pelton unit in Asia.
